Jenna + Bryan / Engagement

It’s Springtime and love is truly in the air! I adore these two special lovebirds, Jenna and Bryan, and had a wonderful time with them last weekend.

They’ve known each other ever since they were little kids growing up, and have lived next to each other as neighbors for the last 15+ years — seriously, how cute is that? So it only made sense that we incorporate their surroundings into their pictures!

We spent the first part of their engagement lifestyle session at Jenna’s house, and took advantage of the long shadows from the sun being low in the sky:

The quality of light that evening was incredible, so we wasted no time capturing some intimate moments:

We changed locations to Bryan’s house, then headed off to Eagle Creek State Park to take in the scenery and were rewarded with some imagery that doesn’t look anything like you’d find in Indiana!

The two of them have such incredible and vibrant personalities full of fun and energy, that we caught them literally “jumping for joy”. If we hadn’t captured it on camera, no one would have ever known it happened, for there wasn’t a soul in sight as you can see:

Jenna and Bryan are planning an outdoor wedding at their homes near Indianapolis this Fall with the ceremony taking place in the bride’s front yard. Afterwards guests will be guided through a path in the woods to reach the groom’s two-acre back yard where a HUGE 6,000 square foot tent will be welcoming attendees for the reception!

Being that they’ve lived next door to each other for so long, it’s the perfect setting for their wedding! To say we’re excited about their wedding plans would be a huge understatement — we’re thrilled!

Update: Some intimate moments yearning to be shared …
